This book is wonderfully written and is able to encourage persons imagination to develop imaginary about the characters and environment from beginning to end. I didn't see the twist at the end but it is thought provoking as to the agenda and real personalities of the characters.

There are a few typographical errors throughout the book but all in all a interesting read.
Reminded me of my childhood in Grenada! Loved it!
This was a good book, did not expect it to end up the way it did.
It was a great read. First book like this I have read and would love a part two to it.
A lovely story that could only be written where it was.
This is an old fave of mine. I re-read it and realised why. A good take on growing up in T&T and finding yourself. Really good YA novel.
Reading this book some 20 + years later has brought me back to my high school years. Awesome
A wonderful story with a surprise towards the end. Anthony is a skillful writer and I read every page with glee as I imagined where Shell's "adventures" would lead him. I definitely recommend. Only about 220 pages long and a great summer read
